Welcome to RappersClub. This website is operated by RISHI YADAV. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RappersClub. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

RappersClub provides professional digital audio mixing and mastering services. These services are delivered digitally. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the final quality of the service is significantly dependent on the quality of the raw audio files (stems/vocals) provided by you.


2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

3. USER CONTENT & COPYRIGHT

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the audio files you upload.

  • Responsibility: You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for all content submitted to RappersClub. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from user-submitted materials.

  • Storage: We do not provide long-term storage for your raw files. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your original recordings.


4. PAYMENTS AND PRICING

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change our service pricing at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before the mixing process begins. We use secure, third-party payment gateways to process all transactions.


5. DELIVERY AND REVISIONS

  • Delivery: Completion times (24–48 hours) are estimates and begin only after all correct files have been received and verified.

  • Revisions: Each plan includes a specific number of free revisions as stated on the product page. Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of file delivery. Major changes (e.g., swapping a vocal take after the mix is finished) will be treated as a new order.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "RappersClub" name, logo, and all website content are the intellectual property of the proprietor. You may not use our branding for any commercial purpose without express written permission.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall RappersClub, our proprietor, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our service.


8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
