2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

  • Client Rights: All audio files, vocals, and stems submitted to RappersClub remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Upon full payment, the final mixed/mastered audio file is owned 100% by the client for commercial or personal use.

  • Website Content: All text, logos, graphics, and website design elements on rappersclub.in are the property of RappersClub and are protected by Indian and International copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  • Portfolio Usage: Unless a prior Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, RappersClub reserves the right to use short excerpts of the final mix for promotional portfolio purposes only.


3. SERVICE DISCLAIMER


RappersClub provides professional audio engineering services. While we strive for the highest industry standards, the final output quality is significantly influenced by the quality of the raw recordings provided. RappersClub is not responsible for any technical issues arising from poor-quality source material (e.g., excessive background noise, clipping, or distorted vocal takes).


4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

  • Taxation: We comply with all applicable tax regulations in India. Any GST applicable to our services will be collected and filed in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

  • Age Requirement: By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to enter into a commercial transaction.


5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


In no event shall RappersClub or its proprietor be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data, arising out of the use or inability to use our mixing services.


6. JURISDICTION


Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided by RappersClub shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such matters.
